Ous because Megatronus is his gladiator name and when he rebels he changes his designation to Megatron. He then cuts off, now Optimus, because of their fundamental disagreement. Even though Optimus has a different designation, he still feels that connection to Megatron.

yeah we can debate about how much queen cares about berdly and such but my final thought is that it wasn't that she was flat out ignoring the kid so much as she was prioritizing noelle because of the latter's evident sadness.

i think that she KNOWS berdly has it you know. she knows he's smart (where it counts), got capable magic, and overall in touch with his feelings (even though he hides them). meanwhile, noelle is ALL kinds of emotionally/mentally distressed. from the get-go queen tries her best to soothe her, but its clear that even when noelle seems calm she's still really worried about stuff.

as someone who wants everyone to be happy, i think that queen KNOWS berdly is unhappy, which is why she still includes him (at the barest points but still), but she knows that compared to noelle's outright sadness she has to focus on the latter's problems first. such as a ruler must do. you don't have to think she's his mom or whatever but i def don't think she flat out neglected him esp since she does step up when he might get hurt.
